In the box

Your sign on a clear acrylic backboard, a 1.5 m clear cord with a power adapter and the plug for your country, the remote & dimmer, and your chosen mounting kit. Electrical approvals are issued against the power-supply model fitted to your sign — ask us and we will confirm them in writing.

Delivery

Free standard delivery. Allow 7–14 days from order to arrival — that includes making your sign. Couriered with signature on delivery.

Indoor or outdoor

Every design can be built either way and looks the same. Indoor is for dry indoor spaces. Choose Outdoor above for anywhere rained on, splashed or permanently humid: it swaps in outdoor-grade neon flex, a waterproof dimmer and an outdoor power supply sized to the sign. The IP67 rating applies to the neon flex, not the whole sign or its plug — ask us and we will confirm the rating for your build in writing.

Warranty

24-month manufacturer warranty on electrical components when the sign is used as intended. An indoor sign used outdoors or somewhere wet is not covered.

Mounting

Backboards come pre-drilled. The wall mounting kit is free in silver, with black or gold finishes available above; a hanging wire kit or 3M tape can be added too.

Light & power

LED neon flex — lighter and tougher than glass, low energy, rated for 50,000+ hours.

Choose your width and the height follows this design’s proportions. Made in its own colours, as pictured.
